Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logisitcs &amp; supply chain or any relevant field is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction sector.
Strong planning &amp; coordination skills.
English is required, Frensh is a plus.
Proficient in auditing, follow up.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Egyptian Nationals.

And responsible for the following:
Plan and execute logistics for Project's equipment &amp; machinery.
Manage transportation to/from sites, ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee inventory management, storage, and distribution at sites
Coordinate with project managers, suppliers.
Ensure compliance with rail safety, security, and operational regulations.
Lead a team of logistics staff; manage performance and development.
Optimize logistics costs, reduce delays, and improve efficiency.&lt;br /&gt;

Define the appropriate strategies for each categories, in collaboration with Operations Managers

Update the project bidder list with qualified suppliers, service providers, or subcontractors

Ensure the necessary documents and information from Opertaions were duly assigned to buyers to prepare RFQs

Manage a fair and competitive RFQ processes with your team

Ensure the regular update and communication of the Procurement plans

Assist and developping the Procurement Team with Corporate Procurement organisation

Monitor the purchasing budgets for all Procurement activities

Liaise with Legal team for Contracts compliance

Liaise with Cost Control &amp; Finance teams for expediting payments

Participate in supplier audits and factory acceptance tests related to your contracts

Supervise logistics follow-up (international transit and machinery + spare parts imports)  in collaboration with international transport coordinators from Corporate organisation.

Contribute to the deployment of the Group's Purchasing &amp; CSR Policy

Ensure the follow-up and updating of purchasing dashboards and performance indicators

Provide regular and reliable reporting to TSO Egypt management &amp; Projects managers

Provide regular and reliable reporting to Corporate Procurement Direction (NGE-TSO)&lt;br /&gt;

Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material logistics to meet planned production targets and deadlines.
Implement and enforce HSE procedures on site, ensuring safe railway operations and compliance with rail safety regulations.
Prepare daily reports, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and support progress tracking and client coordination meetings.&lt;br /&gt;
