Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre structure recrute un(e) Ingénieur Études de Prix , spécialisé(e) dans les projets hydrauliques, afin d’accompagner le développement de ses activités et la réponse à des appels d’offres stratégiques.         
 Vos responsabilités
Au sein de l’équipe études, vous intervenez en amont des projets et jouez un rôle clé dans la construction des offres. À ce titre, vous êtes chargé(e) de :
Analyser de manière approfondie les dossiers d’appels d’offres (Règlement de Consultation, CPS, plans, etc.)
Réaliser les études de prix détaillées et les estimations financières des projets
Définir les méthodologies d’exécution et établir les plannings prévisionnels
Identifier les optimisations possibles et proposer des variantes techniques pertinentes
Consulter les fournisseurs et sous-traitants, et mener les négociations associées
Encadrer, organiser et contrôler les travaux des métreurs
Rédiger les mémoires techniques en cohérence avec les exigences des maîtres d’ouvrage
Assurer la conformité administrative des dossiers en coordination avec les assistantes appels d’offres
Contrôler et finaliser l’ensemble des pièces constituant les dossiers de soumission&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Diplôme d’ingénieur (génie civil, hydraulique ou équivalent)
• Expérience entre  4 ans et 10 ans en études de prix, idéalement acquise dans le secteur des travaux publics
• Expérience significative dans les projets hydrauliques : ouvrages hydrauliques, réseaux de canalisations, stations d’épuration et infrastructures hydrauliques&lt;br /&gt;

Key Responsibilities: 

Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and Excel. 

Coordinate with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure project progress aligns 
with baseline schedules. 

Track project performance, identify delays, and propose recovery plans when necessary. 

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules. 

Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment allocation according to project requirements. 

Support cost control and resource planning activities. 
Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and contractual deadlines. 

Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors. &lt;br /&gt;

Minimum 3 years’ experience in railway sector.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
English is required, Frensh is a plus.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents

And responsible for the following:
Supervise and coordinate daily track work including track laying, alignment, welding, stressing, tamping, and ballast regulation.
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.
Monitor track geometry parameters (alignment, level, gauge, twist) and ensure compliance with tolerance requirements.
Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material logistics to meet planned production targets and deadlines.
Implement and enforce HSE procedures on site, ensuring safe railway operations and compliance with rail safety regulations.
Prepare daily reports, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and support progress tracking and client coordination meetings.&lt;br /&gt;
