Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents Good communication and interpersonal skills And responsible for the following: Supervise and coordinate daily track work including track laying, alignment, welding, stressing, tamping, and ballast regulation. Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards. Monitor track geometry parameters (alignment, level, gauge, twist) and ensure compliance with tolerance requirements. Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material logistics to meet planned production targets and deadlines. Implement and enforce HSE procedures on site, ensuring safe railway operations and compliance with rail safety regulations.
