The NGE adventure
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations in support of project activities. Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and site teams, the role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials and equipment. This role also focuses on maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with the Group’s standards, and supporting project delivery through effective logistics and coordination.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. They will be responsible for, but are not limited to, the following activities:
1. Ensures compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) guidelines of the Group
2. Warehouse Management and Material Handling
3. Inventory Management and Reporting
4. Communication and Stakeholder Coordination
5. Leadership, Teamwork and Supervision
6. Documentation and Continuous Improvement

The expected salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000 annually. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and other programs designed to support employee well‑being.

The ideal profile
For this position, the ideal candidate should have the following skills, experience and knowledge:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management (construction/infrastructure preferred).
- Proven leadership experience managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and material handling practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or railway projects.
- Exposure to joint venture or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience on large-scale projects.
- Forklift certification and/or safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent).
- Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
