The ideal profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics & supply chain or any relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience preferably in construction sector.
- Strong planning, coordination skills.
- Ability to perform risk analysis
- Proven experience in negotiation and contract management
- Ability to develop high-level strategies and agreements
- English is required, Frensh is a plus.
- Integrity and attention to detail.
- Proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Egyptian Nationals.
And responsible for the following:
Define the appropriate strategies for each categories, in collaboration with Operations Managers
Update the project bidder list with qualified suppliers, service providers, or subcontractors
Ensure the necessary documents and information from Opertaions were duly assigned to buyers to prepare RFQs
Manage a fair and competitive RFQ processes with your team
Ensure the regular update and communication of the Procurement plans
Assist and developping the Procurement Team with Corporate Procurement organisation
Monitor the purchasing budgets for all Procurement activities
Liaise with Legal team for Contracts compliance
Liaise with Cost Control & Finance teams for expediting payments
Participate in supplier audits and factory acceptance tests related to your contracts
Supervise logistics follow-up (international transit and machinery + spare parts imports) in collaboration with international transport coordinators from Corporate organisation.
Contribute to the deployment of the Group's Purchasing & CSR Policy
Ensure the follow-up and updating of purchasing dashboards and performance indicators
Provide regular and reliable reporting to TSO Egypt management & Projects managers
Provide regular and reliable reporting to Corporate Procurement Direction (NGE-TSO)
