The ideal profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years in planning and project scheduling
    within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and Excel. 

  • Coordinate with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure project progress aligns 
    with baseline schedules. 

  • Track project performance, identify delays, and propose recovery plans when necessary. 

  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules. 

  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment allocation according to project requirements. 

  • Support cost control and resource planning activities. 
    Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and contractual deadlines. 

  • Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
