The ideal profile

Bachelor's Degree in, Accounting/ Finance or related fields is preferred.


10 + years' experience, 5+ yearsFamiliarity with construction project management processes and terminology


Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards


Proficiency in use of MS Office and accounting software.


Excellent command of English {Reading- Writing and Speaking).


And responsible for the following:


Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis,


Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.


Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including investors, management, and external auditors.


Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations. Monitor banking activities and oversee cash management processes.


dentify and assess financial risks,


Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.


Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.


Coordinate financial audits and provide support to auditors.


Manage and mentor a team of financial.

Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
