The ideal profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical) is required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in railway sector.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • English is required, Frensh is a plus.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

And responsible for the following:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily track work including track laying, alignment, welding, stressing, tamping, and ballast regulation.
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.
  • Monitor track geometry parameters (alignment, level, gauge, twist) and ensure compliance with tolerance requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material logistics to meet planned production targets and deadlines.
  • Implement and enforce HSE procedures on site, ensuring safe railway operations and compliance with rail safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily reports, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and support progress tracking and client coordination meetings.
