The ideal profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics & supply chain or any relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience preferably in construction sector.
  • Strong planning, coordination skills.
  • Ability to perform risk analysis
  • Proven experience in negotiation and contract management
  • Ability to develop high-level strategies and agreements
  • English is required, Frensh is a plus.
  • Integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Egyptian Nationals.

 

And responsible for the following:

 

  • Define the appropriate strategies for each categories, in collaboration with Operations Managers

     

  • Update the project bidder list with qualified suppliers, service providers, or subcontractors

     

  • Ensure the necessary documents and information from Opertaions were duly assigned to buyers to prepare RFQs

     

  • Manage a fair and competitive RFQ processes with your team

     

  • Ensure the regular update and communication of the Procurement plans

     

  • Assist and developping the Procurement Team with Corporate Procurement organisation

     

  • Monitor the purchasing budgets for all Procurement activities

     

  • Liaise with Legal team for Contracts compliance

     

  • Liaise with Cost Control & Finance teams for expediting payments

     

  • Participate in supplier audits and factory acceptance tests related to your contracts

     

  • Supervise logistics follow-up (international transit and machinery + spare parts imports)  in collaboration with international transport coordinators from Corporate organisation.

     

  • Contribute to the deployment of the Group's Purchasing & CSR Policy

     

  • Ensure the follow-up and updating of purchasing dashboards and performance indicators

     

  • Provide regular and reliable reporting to TSO Egypt management & Projects managers

     

  • Provide regular and reliable reporting to Corporate Procurement Direction (NGE-TSO)
