The ideal profile

Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.

Proficiency in use of MS Office and software.


Excellent command of English {Reading- Writing and Speaking).

 


 And responsible for the following:

 

1. Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines of the Group:

-      Follow general safety guidelines at work (e.g., responsible driving, evacuation procedures, wearing PPE on-site).

-      Promote a preventive approach, vigilance, and take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others. Report any issues.

-      Adhere to procedures related to their activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

-      Comply with environmental protection guidelines, demonstrate appropriate environmental behavior, and report concerns if necessary.

 

2. Administrative Management:

-      Supervise the daily operations of the Site, including the management of supplies, equipment, and general services.

-      Manage administrative files and ensure compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.

 

3.  Staff Supervision:

-      Train and supervise administrative staff, ensuring their professional development and performance.

-      Assign tasks and responsibilities, and oversee their execution to ensure efficiency and quality of work.

-      Conduct performance evaluations and propose development plans for employees.

 

4. Coordination of General Services:

-      Ensure the smooth functioning of Site facilities, including necessary maintenance and repairs.

-      Manage contracts with service providers (cleaning, security, etc.).

-      Supervise the management of Site supply stocks and place necessary orders.

 

5. Management of Logistic Resources:

-      Plan and coordinate logistics needs for company projects.

-      Manage the inventory and distribution of material resources, including Site equipment and vehicles.

-      Ensure efficient management of workspace to maximize the utilization of available resources.

 

6. Support to Management:

-      Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative documents.

-      Facilitate communication between management and administrative staff to ensure good information flow.
