And responsible for the following:



  • Supplier Selection and Organizing the Procurement Process.

  • Analyzes the requester's needs and ensures a clear understanding of the requirements and all necessary information.

  • Identifies suppliers (sourcing, audits, potential suppliers list, etc.).

  • For routine purchases, requests price quotations from suppliers.

  • For strategic purchases, prepares the tender dossier (tender rules, schedule, financial conditions, etc.).

  • Negotiation with Different Suppliers and Presenting Offer Analyses.

  • Collaborates with Internal Clients and, in agreement with the Purchasing Manager, devises an appropriate negotiation strategy.

  • Organizes meetings with selected suppliers and internal clients, providing meeting minutes.

  • Negotiates prices and contractual conditions, adapting to the negotiation context.

  • Analyzes received offers and prepares the recommendation table along with risk analyses.

  • Contracting and Contract Management with Internal Clients.

  • For routine purchases, drafts purchase orders with internal clients and ensures on-site/workshop supply.

  • For strategic purchases, drafts contracts and negotiates clauses with internal clients.

  • Ensures compliance with contractual conditions and monitors progress with suppliers' production.

  • Ensures contract follow-up, managing any disputes and negotiating amendments if necessary.

  • Negotiates price catalogs and framework contracts within their scope, ensuring their proper application.

  • Providing Consultation and Reliable Reporting.

  • Ensures internal clients adhere to Purchasing processes and tools.

  • Advises internal clients on procurement risks (commercial terms, product specifics).

  • Monitors suppliers (lessons learned, dispute management, participation in identifying underperforming suppliers).

  • Updates and maintains dashboards related to their scope and provides necessary information to their superiors.
